Valves are a commonly used type of hardware product, and there are certain technical requirements for valves before and during assembly. Otherwise, the assembled valve cannot reflect its excellent performance. What are the technical requirements for valves during assembly?

Pre assembly processing requirements for valves:

1. According to the processing requirements, some parts need to be polished, and the surface should not have any machining burrs, etc; 2. All components undergo degreasing treatment;

3. After degreasing, acid pickling and passivation should be carried out, and the cleaning agent should not contain phosphorus; 4. After pickling and passivation, rinse thoroughly with pure water without any residual chemicals. This step is omitted for carbon steel components; 5. Wipe each component dry with non-woven fabric, and do not leave any wire or hair on the surface of the component, or blow dry with clean nitrogen gas; 6. Wipe each component with non-woven fabric or precision filter paper dipped in analytical pure alcohol until there is no dirty color.

Technical requirements for valve assembly:

1. The installation workshop must be kept clean or a temporary clean area must be set up, such as using newly purchased colored cloth or plastic film, to prevent dust from entering during the installation process.

2. Assembly workers must wear clean cotton work clothes, a pure cotton cap, no hair leakage, clean shoes, plastic gloves, and degreased hands.

3. Assembly tools must be degreased and cleaned before assembly to ensure cleanliness.
